01Sound familiar?

Planning the bach is a second job.

First time in Mexico City. Nobody in the group speaks Spanish. The garland is in your carry-on, and you're the one putting it up.

Every guide says take night one easy, because the altitude hits. The person decorating never gets to.

We take the list.

All of it, done before you land. Except the last one. That one's yours.

bach to-do list

  1. pack a second suitcase just for decor
  2. ask the host if we're even allowed to decorate
  3. find a pump, tape + ice in Spanish
  4. decorate at midnight after a 6am flight
  5. stuff 10 welcome bags on the bedroom floor
  6. chase 9 Venmos for a month
  7. actually enjoy my best friend's weekend

Keys from your host. Roma Norte.
02Watch it come together

From the keys to "oh my god" in one afternoon.

We get access from your host, build it in your colors with a little Mexico in it, stock the bar and leave before you arrive. You get the reveal.

  1. Keys from your host

Access confirmed in Spanish days before. You never send a message.

  2. Your colors go up

Balloon garland, papel picado, the photo wall. Damage-free.

  3. Her name, everywhere

On the balloons, the banner and her bag.

  4. Mezcal and champagne on ice

Fridge and bar stocked from your list. A bag on every bed.

  5. You walk in

Her room is ready before she drops her suitcase.

  6. Night one, in the Centro

You spent it out with her, not at the store.

03The arrival

What's waiting when you walk in.

Your colors, her name, everyone's bag, with the city in the details: papel picado, cempasúchil and chili name cards. Built before check-in, so the first photo of the trip is the good one.

Questions, answered.

How do you get in before we arrive?

Through your host: a lockbox code, the building's doorman or an early check-in. We confirm access in Spanish before we take your deposit, so it's settled before you fly.

What if our host says no to early access?

You hear it from us before you pay. We'll offer a setup timed right after check-in, or a plan that works for your host. You never find out at the door.

Will it damage the Airbnb?

No. No tape on paint, no confetti, no glitter. Freestanding frames and removable hooks only, and takedown is included in every package.

Do you buy the alcohol?

Yes. Send us your list and we build the order. You pay the store directly at cost, and we receive it and stock the fridge and bar before you arrive.

When do we book, and how do we pay?

Book right after you book your Airbnb, since spring weekends fill first. A 25% deposit holds your date and the balance is due 14 days before check-in. Every guest can pay their own share by link.

What if we cancel or change dates?

Thirty days or more before check-in, you get your deposit back. Closer than that, we move your deposit to new dates once. The details are in our booking terms.

Is IVA included?

Yes. Every price on this page includes Mexico's 16% IVA.

What if we have more than 10 people?

No problem. Each package adds a small per-guest amount for the extra bags and stocking. The calculator above shows your total.

Do you do birthdays and girls trips?

Yes, same setup with a different banner. And for the groom's crew, we set up bachelor weekends the same way. Just ask.
